Skinny Puppy have been at the forefront of industrial since the early 1980s. What was electro in the 80s became industrial in the 90s with the help of the Vancouver band. The iconic head of industrial music, Trent Reznor, once said that Skinny Puppy’s “Dig It” served as an influence on Nine Inch Nails’ first single “Down In It”. The band has continued to tour for over 3 decades now and new music has come consistently from the band. Their last album, 2013’s Weapon, was the twelfth studio album from Skinny Puppy. Joining Skinny Puppy on the “Eye VS. Spy” tour will be Front Line Assembly, the band headed by former Skinny Puppy member Bill Leeb. Here is your chance to check out the show and get yourself into the tour on their stop at the Fox Theater in Pomona on December 20th.
