One of our favorite local DJs is coming to town this Christmas and holiday season! The pattern-shirt master of the tables from Los Angeles, Dillon Francis, is bringing his I.D.G.A.F.O.S. show to the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood for a four night run right before good ole’ Santa comes to town. “I.D.G.A.F.O.S” was the title of Francis’ single that brought him into the mainstream of the scene in 2011. A short two years later, Francis’ I.D.G.A.F.O.S stands for something a little different- I Don’t Give A Fuck Our Santa! This four night stay at the Fonda shows just how fast Dillon Francis has risen as a DJ and producer. Two years later and now he gets four nights at one of Los Angeles’ most historic music venues.
Dillon Francis is bringing along chiptune band Anamanaguchi. These New Yorkers make tunes on a hacked 1985 Nintendo NES. They’re like HORSE the band’s more innocent cousin from the suburbs. Also on the bill is LA based duo LOUDPVCK. And in the crowd? Quite possibly you! We are giving away tickets to the final night of the residency. Want in?
