To say Mars Volta fans are pumped for the band’s latest release is a bit of an understatement. Special edition pre-sale album packages with signed lithograph and t-shirt promoting the new album sold out within 7 minutes of the announcing email’s delivery (as I learned first-hand, sadly, 8 minutes after the message went out).
With the album set to release this Monday, March 26, the stream is a welcome tease, but for those of us who have their best listening experiences away from a computer, Monday cannot come soon enough.
