If you haven’t had the chance to properly celebrate the 30 year anniversary of Back To The Future, don’t worry just yet, things are just getting started! While the original movie is receiving a lot of attention right now, especially with the Chicago Cubs only 4 wins away from actually playing in the World Series like the original movie predicted, a huge milestone date is coming up for Back To The Future: Part II. The date that Marty McFly travels to in the second movie is October 21st, 2015 and that’s coming up this Wednesday. What better way to celebrate then live music, free beer and raising some money for the children focused Brave Gowns charity. This Wednesday celebrate all of that and more at Swing House Studios in Atwater Village. This free show will feature the debut performance of Los Angeles synth-pop band Sir Video. We will have more on this exciting new band next week, but for now all you need to know is that it’s a 9-piece made up of members from some of our favorite Los Angeles bands including Timmy Sean & The Celebrities, Zak Waters band, and the Taylor Locke band.
So how do you get in to see Sir Video’s debut show, drink free beer, celebrate Marty McFly and do good for charity? Simple, RSVP at the official event site here and you are good to go. You can also check out the Facebook page for more info and updates. Free beer means 21+, and it also means we will be there.
Check out tunes from Sir Video below and hear more on their official Bandcamp page.
