World meet Music For Airports! This So-Cal band hailing from the Inland Empire will be opening up at Home for the Holidays this Saturday at O’Brien’s on Main Street in Santa Monica. Get to the show early and check out this new band up close and personal! Guitarist and lead singer Cassidy Wright lists several of MFA’s influences as Gandhi, John Denver, Abraham Lincoln and Snoopy… oh and the Ninja Turtles. Obviously this is a band that likes to have fun, which is a great way to kick off the party on Saturday!
MFA is made up of Cassidy Wright (Guitar, Vocals), Chris Kubesh (guitar), Steve Serembe (bass), and Eric Dykes (drums). They played the House of Blues last August and have continued to develop and expand their music. The addition of Dykes on drums last year has added a new energy to the band and led to even more exciting live shows. They have been in the studio earlier this year, but now is your chance to see them live … for free … this Saturday at H4H.
