Bob Seger Announces Release of New Studio Album “Ride Out”, Premieres New Video for Single “Detroit Made”

Bob Seger's "Ride Out"

Show Alert: Karen O @ Hollywood Forever 9/17 – 9/19

Karen O is touring for her new solo album "Crush Songs"

Karen O, lead singer of the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s, released her new solo album “Crush Songs” on September 9, 2014. To promote the album (or just to hear these old tracks finally played in front of a live crowd), Karen O has schedule a limited engagement tour in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and London. Her LA dates include a three-night stint at the Masonic Lodge Temple in the Hollywood Forever Cemetary. While Karen O is commonly known for her rambuctions punk-rock vocals and her wild, unpredictable antics on stage with the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s, this show is likely to be dramatically different. Different? Sure. But who is going to turn down an intimate evening with Karen O!? Not me. (more…)

Eat, Sleep, Groove Cruise LA, Repeat – A review of one of this year’s best music festival experiences

Groove Cruise LA – touted as the world’s largest floating dance music festival – disembarked from Long Beach Harbor on Friday, September 27. It wasn’t a series of shows over a three day weekend, it was ONE CONTINUOUS PARTY. So how was it? Well, surreal doesn’t exactly cut it.
